Convenient location for Vienna's Christkindlemarkt, and trams and subway to most other sites. Many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Shower was impossible to avoid flooding the floor.

Dear Owner or Manger, I trust this message finds you in good health. I recently had the opportunity to experience a stay at your hotel, and I would like to offer you some comprehensive feedback about my visit. I believe that constructive feedback is essential for the continuous improvement of your establishment. While my interactions with some of your staff members, particularly the receptionist, were incredibly friendly and helpful, my experience with the housekeeping leader was far from satisfactory. I was surprised to discover that this same staff member, whom I later identified from the hotel team's website, exhibited consistent unfriendliness and a regrettable degree of arrogance. Her attitude towards my basic requests for amenities, such as additional bed sheets or towels, was anything but accommodating, which diminished the quality of my stay. Furthermore, during my time on the first floor, I couldn't help but notice a recurring issue that concerned me greatly. The common areas and corridors of the first floor were consistently filled with excessive smoke during daytime hours. This not only compromised the comfort but also violated the expectation of a smoke-free environment for guests. In addition to this issue, my room was not up to the cleanliness standards I expected. Excessive dust was present in the room, detracting from the overall satisfaction of my stay. I recognize the challenges that come with maintaining a high level of service in a hotel, but I firmly believe that addressing these concerns is crucial for enhancing the guest experience. I hope that the hotel management will consider a thorough review of the housekeeping system and take immediate action to rectify the issue of smoke in the common areas. I eagerly await hearing about the measures that will be taken to address these concerns and improve the overall quality of your establishment. Clean, quiet, comfortable accommodations. Room was small but typical for Europe. Easy access to surface trolley transportation. Decent Breakfast was 12 Euros. Small elevator but at least there was an elevator. Vienna is a very clean city.

We loved our stay in the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable, and bigger than we expected. The location is exceptional...just a block from the trams or, for walkers, 15-25 minutes to all of the amazing sites in the Innere Stadt. The neighborhood of the hotel is pleasant with nearby shops and restaurants and was safe for coming and going at all hours. If I get a chance to return to Vienna, the Theaterhotel & Suites will be were I stay again.

Having good memories of this cozy downtown hotel in Vienna, we returned for two nights last weekend. We were pleased to realize that the hotel kept its high standard, it was impeccably clean and the staff at the reception extremely helpful. Whether it was asking for directions or making reservation for one of the most popular restaurants in Vienna (I was unable to get a table via the internet) we got top notch service at the reception. Sure we will return when we visit Vienna next.
